Production Process:
All products in our store are made to order. They are not kept in stock. Each piece is uniquely produced with 3D printing after an order is placed.
Production Time:
The production time varies depending on the product type and order volume, usually between 7–14 business days. (For example, larger items such as the Alphabet Set alone may take up to 30 hours of continuous printing.)
Delivery Time:
Once production is completed, orders are shipped. Domestic deliveries within Türkiye are typically completed within 1–3 business days.
Total Timeframe:
From the date of order to the date of delivery, the total time is on average 10–17 business days.
Force Majeure:
In case of filament issues, printer malfunctions, or supplier delays, the BUYER will be immediately informed and an updated delivery timeframe will be provided.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal:
As all products are custom-made upon order, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not generally apply. However, returns or replacements are possible in the case of production defects or delivery errors.
